Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 14.5 oz cans peeled and diced tomatoes drained
  • 2 15 oz cans pinto beans with liquid
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 10 oz package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 15.2 oz can whole kernel corn Drained
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with green chile pepper with liquid
  • 4 medium baking potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 packages kielbasa sausage sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 onion chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onion in a dutch oven on medium-heat. Add the ground-beef and cook till it is no longer pink. Add sliced sausage.
  • Pour in tomatoes, corn, pinto beans, potatoes, diced tomatoes with veggies and chiles. Mix everything till combined, add spices. Then add water, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour.
